Registration Overview

Registration fees includes admission to all conference sessions, conference materials (e-proceedings), working lunch and tea/coffee breaks on the first day of conference. Students must provide a valid student ID during registration. Academic registration is for faculty members and researchers from academic institutions.

Important Information:
  • Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, lunch, and tea/coffee.
  • At least one author must register to include the paper in the conference.
  • The paper will be considered only when full registration is received.
  • No refunds after acceptance and registration.
  • Publisher may reject papers failing to meet quality standards.
  • Offline Day 1 only — participants must manage travel & accommodation on their own.
  • Student Authors: Must present a valid student ID card at the registration desk.
  • Registration Site: After making payment, please fill in the details by Registration Form →. Once your registration amount is credited in our bank, we will send you the confirmation email.
  • Payment Instructions: Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment gateway. Detailed instructions will be provided upon selecting your registration category. The total number of pages is limited to 15 pages. Two extra pages can be added. But, for each extra page, a fee of Rs. 1500/- (for Inadian) and $20 (for Foreign) will be charged. The maximum number of pages (including extra pages) is strictly limited to 15 pages.
    Note: *Poster papers will be published in peer-reviewed journals.
    Important Note: In no case will the organising institute or any of the organising team members be responsible if the article is rejected at any phase due to quality issues, before or after acceptance.

    If you cancel your conference booking, or do not attend the conference, there will be no refunds of registration fees under any circumstances once a paper is accepted and registered by the authors. All rights are reserved by the Conference Secretariat/coordinator.

    Payments must be made in INR or USD for all registrations. No registration will be confirmed without full payment. Only online payments (Visa/MasterCard) are accepted and should be submitted on-line via the payment form. Credit card details will not be accepted via email.

    Registration must be completed & confirmed before deadlines. We may revise our terms and conditions as per the government norms and regulations, for example to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements.

    Photography and videography may take place at conference. Attendance grants permission for your image usage for marketing and promotional purposes without any payment to you.

    We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the conference paper that does not meet their quality standards. We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conference papers and independently determine what they will index.
